• Requirement Gathering & Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements. Design PLM solutions that align with business objectives and drive efficiency in product development, manufacturing, and supply chain processes

  Prepare comprehensive documentation, including solution designs, training manuals, and post-implementation reports. Communicate progress and status to stakeholders regularly.
• Training & User Adoption:
  Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and technical teams to maximize user adoption of PLM solutions. Provide ongoing support to enhance user capabilities and ensure adherence to best practice
• Post-Go-Live Support:
  Provide expert-level support post-deployment, resolving technical issues, troubleshooting system errors, and ensuring optimal system performance. Participate in hypercare support, addressing user concerns and system adjustments.

• Working on Configuration and change management for Electrical, Mechanical and Electronic components of Safran Galleys.
• Initiate a workflow, review workflow status, Terminate Workflow, make routing changes, track project status, Generate Workflow reports for Ageing of ECOs and ECRs
• Run and publish ageing report to Engineering Director and Project Manager for monitor the status of ECRs and ECOs
• Worked on Project Management Activities like Maintaining Risk Register, issue log, performing Quality Audits, Aligning documents as per ISO9001/AS9100 standards, preparing metric report

• Use Teamcenter Manufacturing Process Planner (MPP) to document engineering changes for Caterpillar TTT.
• Prepare and manage Manufacturing BOM (MBOM) and Engineering BOM (EBOM) based on plant layout and machine availability.
• Create new operations, assign work centers, parts, and torque tools as per assembly standards.
• Develop step-by-step assembly instructions and determine labor time using process time worksheets.
• Create visual aids for assembly processes using Teamcenter VIS Mockup to improve operator understanding and efficiency.

• Manage Engineering design changes and get approval from relevant departments

• Assign of new part numbers, changing of part numbers, quantities, mass, shape or drawing number and revision level, supplier codes, plant codes, and color codes to create the Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOM) for downstream systems to comprehend vehicle changes.

• Handling production planning, consisting of BOM (Bill of Material) consumes, Materials Requirement Planning, and standard time analysis for the production process, Operations Planning, Demand Management & Production

• Preparation of Manufacturing BOM and Engineering BOM for Complete engine according to machines availability and plant layout.

• Support in Assembly of Engines in terms of Validation, MBOM, Assembly process planning, time standards and creating visuals

• Tooling and Torque instructions, assigning multi spindles and smart arm tools as per requirement.
