1) Impact of Social Media on Consumer Behaviors: The Case of Pricy Brands and Rare Transactions.
The objective of this study was to investigate the influences of social media on customers' decision-making for complex purchases which are indicated by pricy and rare transactions of considerable brand variations. The study which helped to investigate the relationship between Social media marketing and consumer perceptions of premium and pricy brands. Therefore, the study examined how this SMM affected customer relationships (including closeness and trust) and purchase intent.
