  • Decision-intelligence - Developed models to identify customers' price sensitivity nature, churn propensity, and customer lifetime value prediction using machine-learning techniques (XGBoost and linear regression) with end-to-end testing.
  • Decision intelligence - Segregation of eligible customers for marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation technique.
  • B2B S2P - This is an ETL project striving to facilitate the integration of data coming from multiple apps to render the data useful and help the business act according to the needs. The tech stack used was Azure Data Factory, ADLS (Azure Databricks for processing the data), Azure Synapse, Power BI, and Azure ML.
  • PII-column catcher – Built a framework to detect columns containing PII data based on just the column name. This was achieved using K-means to cluster the data, having similar distances (distances were calculated using the Smith-Walterman algorithm), to pre-defined PII categories, and setting a threshold distance for each cluster to determine if new data belongs to the category or not.
  • Gen-AI use-cases - Built multiple summarizers for customer executives to quickly know customers' past interactions, improving customer experience. Employed concepts like topic modeling, contextual compression, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAGs) vector bases.
  • In-house Job Scheduler – Built a framework to schedule ETL jobs to overcome Azure Data Factory shortcomings and integrated it with a Flask app to provide front-end control. The scheduler is the first ever of its kind in terms of recurrence, as no other PyPi packages offer a recurrence schedule with dependency management.
