· Taking the lead on resolution of technical issues affecting assembly and manufacturing

· Track the Records like ECN, VA/VE, lesson learnt, Preventive maintenance, Production report, Downtime report, scrap details, monthly cost consumptions

· FI projects, quick hits & Cost improvement identify & achieve the KPI.

· Updating & maintaining the departments mother documents & record like, die history, critical spares, preventive maintenance,

· Generation of mold design using Pro-Engineer WF4.

· Creation of Customer View Models (CVM) as per Customer requirements.

· Review & quality check on models & drawings.

• Creating & Releasing of BOM & 2D-drawings for manufacturing and inspection.
• Follow up & support of manufacturing, shop floor activities.
• Maintaining records of Engineering Changes, History sheets and, drawing and model release.

· Customer support, customer interactions.
