• Preparation of documents, scope documents, method statements, and HIRA for various Capex projects.
• Coordination with techno-commercial teams for technical evaluation of the various projects.

• Involved in the project execution (QA and QC) of the Terminal-02 MEP systems. For the inspection of all MEP installations as per the approved GFC drawings,
• ITP process for chillers, AHU, CSU units, HT breakers, LT distribution systems, and centralized UPS systems,
• weekly review meeting with PMC and EPC contractors on work progress, should be conducted. Site walkthrough with all stakeholders.
• Capex initiatives, projects, and coordination.
• Reviewing various drawings in the Aconex platform submitted by the vendor, and providing appropriate comments for the revision of the drawings.

Looking for regular maintenance and operation of HT and LT switchgears, Airport BHS systems, automatic sliding doors, ATRS, X-ray machines, and UPS systems, airport HVAC systems, lighting management systems, STP and pumphouse electrification systems, inventory and spares management, vendor management, preparation of budgets for various projects, and annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets, BMS systems, and ISO/QMS-related activities.

• Looking for the installation of instrumentation equipment, changes in process automation logics, and the installation of various pneumatic systems as per process requirements.
• Carried out CPP and CDI commissioning - Coal Grinding Unit with coal injection to blast furnace. This project includes ACS drives, ID and FD fans, HT motors, and instrumentation part PID diagrams.
• Upgradation of PLC systems (from RS Logic to Control Logic from AB Rockwell Automation).

Existing AB Rockwell PLC-5 series upgraded to Control Logix systems for various top charging, raw material handling systems, furnace heating zones, furnace cooling systems, and water treatment plants.

• Development of ladder logic and SCADA as per process requirements, preparation of documentation, and scheduling of maintenance activities in SAP.
• Today, maintenance of all HT, LT switchgears, transformers, VFD drives, and HT & LT motors.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of LT, HT switchgears, air compressors, DG, and UPS systems. 80 TPH boilers, electrical, DM water plant.
• Instrumentation quality, safety, as well as cost-effective modifications in blast furnaces and charging systems, provide job-oriented safety training to subordinates.

• Maintenance and testing of HT and LT switch gears, transformers, UPS, DG systems, air compressors, AC drives, and good analytical knowledge in industrial automation and PLC programming.
