Project-1: Logistic Control Tower (LCT) 2.0 & Additive Track and Trace: The main objective is to maintain end to end visibility of the Sales order (SO) & Purchase Order(PO) in Lubricant Supply Chain(LSC). The scope involves electronic proof of delivery(epod), GPS, Mobile App and Auto scheduling features to the project.

Contributions:

• Involved in planning, initiating, and executing the project, and managing the team. Maintain friendly relations with business customers.

• Responsible for translating vision of the product into backlog stories and acceptance criteria for development, also involved the value delivery of the product by prioritizing the stories and ensure business values are created from user stories.
• Involved in creating a vision, roadmap, and Business Value Model (BVM) for the product Track and Trace Mobile App
• Have involved in Business Process model with product owner and created a success matrix of the application.
• Ensure the best use of agreed agile and DevOps approaches, methods, and frameworks.
• Worked closely with product owner to ensure successful pilot launched for North and South RDC(Regional Division Centre)

• Responsible for design and implementation of Continuous Deployment (CD) using IBM UrbanCode tool.
• Worked closely with Product Owner and Architect to design IBM UrbanCode security model for bank. Following are contribution towards IBM UrbanCode tool.

Role: Software Configuration and Release Manager

Project Duration: Jan 2015 to Feb 2016

• Responsible for setting Continuous Integration (CI) using SVN, Sonarqube, Junit, JIRA and Jenkins Tool. Worked on Continuous Delivery (CD) and DevOps proposal.
• As part of Software Configuration management, involved in defining, controlling and status accounting Configuration Item (CI). Also responsible for SCM Auditing and Software Configuration Plan (SCM) Preparation

• To define the SCM procedures, activities and tools used to help control and manage the development and modification of work products supporting FILR production.
• Manage all aspect of the Software Configuration Management Process including code compilation, packaging, deployment, release, and application configuration.
• Have been involved in FILR environment setup and each component build for Novell-filr using ant and make files. Client components involve Windows, Android and Mac.

Implementing CM process and refining continuously

Responsibilities include:

• To define the SCM procedures, activities and tools used to help control and manage the development and modification of work products supporting ACE Finacle deliveries.
• Providing a release verification and archival of source code in PVCS repository. Base lining the source code and configuring a new branch under PVCS repository.
• Automation of release build and release activities in PVCS using PVCS command and UNIX scripting.
• Maintain a SIT, UAT and Production source code and promoting in the respective PVCS repository.
• Implemented the SCM best practice and automated the process.
