• Responsible for Final Heat treatment product Quality.
• Training and Motivation of operators & quality persons.
• To implement quality tools like IMS, TQM, TPM, 5S, Kaizen & Poke-Yoke on
• Conducting Process and product audits.
• New product developments & Implementation
• Productivity improvement & Reduce the production cost.
• Responsible for furnace accessories calibration and process qualification.
• Preparation of work standard and work instructions and Calibration of HT machines instrument
• Handling Assembly complaints
• Taking corrective action for Non conformance
• Manpower management
• Continual improvements
• Responsible for maintaining 5s in shop floor.
• All Special processes like Mig & Mag Welding, Tig Welding - (4 years’ Experience)
• Responsible for machine controls and Welding Inspection
