• Taking approvals for mix designs and other materials source approvals & doing moisture correction daily basis in Batching plant as per design mix.
• Preparation of monthly standard deviation report for tested concrete cubes grade wise (M25 to M70).
• Monitoring all ongoing activities as per QA and QC Manual
• Cement & GGBS bulkers seal checking’s & week number checking before security gate entry & after unloading the bulkers monitor the empty checking of bulkers.
• Check the concrete quality to prevent segregation, bleeding and check the flow or slump for workability and cube compressive strength checking for 7 & 28 days age.
• Day to day monitoring of all site activities, RMC plant, Stock yard, crusher plant, Hot mix plant, WMM plant
• Monitoring of all site testing for pavement component layers & Major structure works.
• Borrow area, Quarry Inspection & Third-party testing.
• Calibration of all plants &equipment’s.
• Doing Weekly reconciliation of received RMC plant Raw materials including chemical admixtures.
• Daily coordinate with stores & procurement team for Raw materials arrangements according to the daily concrete production plan as per concrete pour cards.

• Maintain the proper documents systematically for quality assurance as well as agreement conditions with the client and audit (ISO) purpose.
• Monitoring for calibration of all measuring Instruments and Equipment’s in Quality control Lab.
• Implementing check-lists to ensure the Quality of reinforcement & Aluminum forms as per structural drawing & shuttering layout.
• Check the quality of all the materials received on site & daily MIR submitting to the PMC/Clients.
• Every day inspection of the site quality issues after concreting, check the issues of surface defects like bulging, honeycombing, steel rod exposes to outside and satisfactory, issues are closing in the site level (Post Concreting Inspection).
• Method statements preparation for various works & getting approvals from the clients/consultants.
• Water Proofing works inspection for all structural items.
• Conducting the NDT for concrete structure if required.
• Check the post tension & elongation of PT slabs as per designed load.
• Check the hard finishing works like Brick work, Internal & External Plastering & Granite/Marble/Tiles flooring.
• Inspect the Structural steel work as per drawing, like welding checks & Dry penetrant inspection for welding.

• Mould Fabrication work inspection & Reinforcement work inspection before placing in to the fabrication mould as per shop drawing for pre stressed & precast elements (wall panels, columns, pre stressed & precast beams, solid slabs and double Tee & single Tee slabs etc...)
• Pre pour inspection & Post pour inspection of Pre stressed & precast elements.
• Monitoring of Pre delivery inspection works of every element before dispatching from the factory.
• Pre stressed Hollow core slab production work handling including stressing, operating, destressing, cutting & pre delivery inspection.
• Conducting weekly coordination meeting with our design team.
• Precast Concrete trial mixes conducting regular basis for demoulding & destressing purpose.
• Monitoring of QA/QC documentation, Lab equipment’s, RMC Batching plant calibrations & doing moisture correction daily basis in batching plant as per design mix.

• Soil: Modified proctor compaction test, Atterberg Limits, Free Swell Index, Grading Analysis of soil, preparation of CBR (California Baring Ratio) specimens and testing
• Granular Sub-Base (GSB): Modified proctor compaction test, Atterberg Limits, Grading Analysis, 10% Fines Value Preparation of CBR specimens and testing, Water absorption for Aggregate.
• Wet Mix Macadam (WMM): Gradation, Modified proctor compaction, AIV, specific gravity of aggregate.
• BM/DBM/BC/SDBC: Mix Design Preparation as per approved mix proportions
• Aggregate: Gradation, specific gravity, Bulk density, Flakiness & Elongation Index, Soundness, AIV, LAA test.
• Cement: Consistency of cement, Initial and Final Setting Time, Soundness, Fineness, Specific gravity & Mortar cubes for compressive strength test
