  • Enhanced catalyst performance and ensured product specification by close monitoring of KPIs
  • Analyzed major issues like CCR catalyst phase damage, frequent tripping of the Cyclemax, and Metal catalyzed coke (MCC) formation in coordination with licensors
  • Prepared Technical specification documents with guarantee specifications and liabilities for catalyst procurement and participated in technical bid reviews etc
  • Prepared Technical advisories for 'In-situ cleaning of vertical combined feed exchanger (VCFE) of CCR unit' and for 'Commissioning of Sulfur guard facility' in NIU
  • Carried-out catalyst activation and ensured optimum performance of catalyst by providing proper technical support during Catalyst and adsorbent replacement activities (Sock and dense loading)

  • Maximized company’s revenue by ensuring optimal plant operation with minimal upsets and minimized product loss, minimized slop generation/off-spec products
