I worked for T-Mobile under the PTD Team for the SAP and Digital Testing Project. It’s an end-to-end testing for an application to check the outcome of it. Various testing phases it goes through, such as domain test, sanity test. The Postman tool is used for API validations, Cassandra DB validation.
Project (A): Elevate: Migration Project.
The Elevate project at T-Mobile is a large-scale transformation initiative focused on modernizing and streamlining business processes and system integrations, primarily by replacing legacy SAP systems with Oracle Cloud solutions.
Project B: Sloth.
Summary: Bringing a new reverse DC into operations for T-Mobile. T-Mobile currently has only one reverse DC, which is managed by a single partner. T-Mobile would like to expand its horizons and move away from depending on a single partner. Operations at FedEx are described, in addition to the structure of the return center. Distribution Centers and Retail Stores are set up as Plants in SAP. T-Mobile would like to expand to have multiple DCs for a better customer experience.
Project (C): CaMO:
Summary: To capture the Sprint (yellow) customers' device data during streaming conversion to T-Mobile (magenta), maintaining all BAU flows. Sprint customers streaming converted to TMO. New table to store payload data.
Responsibilities:
Preparing various design documents, such as the test plan, thread groups, test summary reports, bug summary reports, and daily status reports.
Analyzing the functionalities before recording the script.
Test execution and defect tracking using JIRA.
Participating in meetings like Scrum, Retrospective, Standup calls, Defect Calls, Grooming, and Walkthroughs.
Recording the script based on the functional flow, then processing the required fields with Correlation and Parameterization to make the script dynamic.
