• Manage end-to-end financial accounting, bookkeeping, and finalization of accounts up to the balance sheet level.
• Oversee daily accounting operations, financial forecasting, and preparation of MIS reports, budgets, and variance analyses against targets.

• Successfully secured a lower TDS deduction certificate (@1%) resulting in working capital savings of ₹1.5 Cr per annum for 3 years straight.
• Initiated and implemented process improvements based on operational analysis, leading to enhanced productivity.
• Led cross-functional financial projects, ensuring timely execution aligned with broader organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Led end-to-end financial accounting and bookkeeping processes through to finalization of balance sheet in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (IGAAP).
• Oversaw daily accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and variance analysis aligned with internal cost regulations.
• Managed cash flow planning and financial reporting in coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Ensured 100% adherence to regulatory and statutory compliances, including GST, Income Tax, ROC filings, and employee obligations.
• Implemented and maintained strong internal controls across accounting, payment workflows, and approval hierarchies.
• Coordinated with statutory bodies, banks, internal/external auditors, and government agencies for audits and compliance reporting.
• Directed a team of 8 on-site and 6 remote team members across locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for end to end financial accounting & book keeping work till finalization of Balance sheet.
• Daily Accounting, forecasting, preparation of MIS, Budgets and comparison between Targets and actual performance. As per the applicable Accounting Standards and internal norms considering the costing regulations.
• Cash flow management and reporting with various stakeholders within and outside finance.
• Responsible for all regulatory as well as statutory compliances including indirect taxation, direct taxation, ROC as well as employee compliances.
• Liaison with Statutory authorities/ Banks/ Statutory Auditors and Internal Auditors.
