Project Title :  COMS(Client Onboarding and Maintenance System)

Client : Wells Fargo

Description : COMS stands for Client Onboarding and Maintenance System and is the new
strategic system to open and maintain accounts in WIM. This will replace NAO(Brokerage) and
SVP(Deposit). This is designed to create & maintenance accounts (Brokerage & Deposit) .

Project Title : TPEX (Toyota production export system)

Client : Toyota

Description : ROEM (Regional Original Equipment Manufacturing) to TPEX (Toyota
production export system).As part of Digital Transformation ROEM is going to move on
cloud which will be now known as (TPEX) where TPEX - Toyota production export
system is the system responsible to manage all Toyota products Packing operation (Plan
pack , FLP, Subline, CPO/SPO),Vanning operation (Regular , CPO/SPO) and Invoice
operation.

Project Title : GFX(Global Fulfillment Exchange) – Modernization

Client : Dell

Description : As part of Digital Transformation GFX is going to move on cloud which will be now
known as(SnP Fulfillment) where GFX - Global Fulfillment Exchange is the system
responsible to manage all non-Dell branded products sold by Dell.GFX processes orders
Sensitivity: Internal & Restricted
that come from OFS and routes the orders to specific outside vendors, based on
business rules, for fulfillment to the customer. The application allows Dell to sell non-Dell
branded S&P products without having to maintain our own warehouses and inventory.

Project Title : FedEx Vision – VDS

Client : FedEx Ground.

Description : FedEx Corporation is an American global courier delivery services and also
the first company to offer overnight delivery in US. The name "FedEx" is a syllabic abbreviation of
the name of the company's original air division, Federal Express. FedEx offers the widest range of
services and integrated business applications and is more focused on customer satisfaction. FedeEx
Ground is one of the FedEx customer service which handles the on-road delivery management.
Vision System provides all the services for delivering a package from hub to a customer. Primary
Vision Systems includes many applications like RDB Portal (Recipient Database), AMS (Address
Management Service), (DMM)Delivery Manifest and VAS (Vision Administration Service) in which
RDB Portal is the Web-based application that allows to validate the destination addresses, admin can
modify the customer delivery instructions and closures. If this portal returns valid flag for destination
address, then package will move to next level

Project Title : ADDLink

Client : Charles Schwab bank

Description : ADDLink1.0 (current ADDLink application) is not efficient for end users and requires
extensive manual intervention to process link/delink requests.
Sensitivity: Internal & Restricted
The intent of the ADDLink 2.0 project is to provide the Designated Brokerage Services (DBS)
Client Services Team and Client Firms with a streamlined process of linking and delinking client
accounts by implementing more automated workflows and by improving integration between systems
needed to perform accurate linking/delinking of those accounts. These improvements are needed for
ADDLink users to eliminate processes that are occurring manually or outside of the system, and are
causing potential risk and control issues

Project Title : DQS

Client : Union Pacific Railroad

Description : Union Pacific Corporation is one of America's leading transportation companies. Its principal operating company, Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR), is North America's premier railroad franchise,covering 23 states across the western two-thirds of the United States. UPRR allows only certified and qualified drivers to be part of the organization and drive the UPRR vehicle.For certifying the UPRR employees as Certified Drivers who are applying for the post of Drivers, DQS application has
been developed. DQS (Driver Qualification System)is the application used as part of UPRR driver
certification process. This application is mainly used to Certify/ Approve/ Disapprove/ Decertify drivers
who are working with UPRR and applying for the Driver post. DQS is one of the Safety applications
which is developed as per FRA (Federal Railroad Administration) guidelines.

Project Title : General Motors, Performance Quality Management System

PQMS (Performance Quality Management System), is a web based application that will provide a single system for requirements, resources, risk management, and validation of GM products globally. PQMS is an integrated System for ADV Planning, Execution, and Reporting, Hardware Planning & Consistent Risk Assessment and
Requirements Management 

Project Title : Comprehensive Treasury Management Information
System Client : Bihar Treasury

Description : The scope of this project is to implement a Comprehensive Treasury Management
Information System (CTMIS) for BRAIN (BIHAR REVENUE ADMINISTRATION INTRANET) that will
provide a long-term solution for carrying out treasury functions of Government of Bihar (GoB) and
provide consolidated and consistent information about the expenditure and revenues across all the
treasuries in the state. The system is also designed to include the non-treasury transactions of GoB
to cover its overall income and expenses.TCS proposes an integrated approach for management of government income and expenses.It encompasses budgeting, allotment of budget to the administrative departments and its DDOs,treasury transactions and budget compliance / Income / Expense analysis.
