Roles & Responsibility: As Test Lead, I ensure smooth project execution by coordinating tasks, communicating with stakeholders, and addressing risks promptly. I oversee integration testing and maintain transparent communication with clients through regular status updates. Compliance with standards is enforced, and user acceptance testing is managed efficiently for successful project closure.

As a Senior Test Analyst, effective test strategies and plans are led by me. Requirements are reviewed closely, with collaboration from Business Analysts for clarity. Comprehensive test coverage is ensured through meticulous scenario design and traceability. Test case reviews are overseen and test data across all modules is managed. Test environments are readied and execution progress is tracked, with defects managed efficiently. Insightful test metrics and reports are generated as part of my role. Collaboration with client test managers ensures clear testing gates are established, ensuring project success.

ERP Product: Peoplesoft 9.2 , Workday HCM- Core HR, Compensation, SAP HCM.

Involved in Requirement analysis , preparation of test scenario, test case, test data. Participated in Test Execution and Defect Management. Performed System Integration Testing , Smoke Testing, Multi-Lingual testing, Defect Retesting, Regression Testing and involved in UAT test Support.
