• Development and execution of asset management policies, procedures, and processes.
• Governing the existing document and ensure timely updates of the all the HAM documents
• Represent Internal and External audits for Hardware Asset Management and ensure Zero non-conformance
• Represent NIST related audit pertaining to HAM and ensure to increase the NIST score.
• Supporting on the RFP for the Client audit controls.
• Performing HAM KPI – Asset Accuracy validation.
• Ensure that all hardware assets comply with internal policies and external regulations.
• Utilize ServiceNow's Hardware Asset Management module to automate and streamline asset management processes
• Maintain a comprehensive CMDB to track and manage hardware assets throughout their lifecycle

Functional Owner for Global HAM – ServiceNow Enhancements

• Collaborate with respective stakeholders to gather the requirements
• Analyze the current workflows and create user stories with the help of the platform team.
• Perform UAT for the user story and ensure the workflow is configured.
• Post UAT, ensure the same update set is moved to ServiceNow Production & Ensure successful deployment of HAM features and modules.
• Streamline asset management processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with asset management policies and regulations.
• Work closely with IT, procurement, and finance teams to integrate HAM with other systems.

Extended support on the platform version upgradation.

EUCS discoverability – AMDB Vs CMDB

• Maintaining a secure and well managed IT Compliance with the target of 98% by validating with multiple discovery sources.
• Accurately identifying and classifying devices based on type, operating system, and other attributes.
• Detecting unmanaged or unknown devices that could pose security risks and report back to the Risk and compliance team.
• Ensuring the compliance of the Unverified CI’s
• Functional owner for EUCS assets pertaining to CMDB and AMDB.

Ensuring data supply for the BOD metrics.

• Comprehensive reconciliation performed with the PAV data and map against the Fixed asset register

• Created, implemented, and monitored corporate IT hardware asset management policies, procedures, processes, work instructions, compliance, and governance.
• Validated the asset ownership data to determine the ownership of the asset.
• Recommend measures to improve work processes, departmental performance, system improvements and asset quality; and assist in their development and deployment
• Provides timely reporting of assets under development and monitors the Project Manager’s adherence to development reports

• The Asset Management is a part of standard chartered Bank Scope International in which the Asset for the Resources are to be delivered and to keep track of the Assets in various Process.
• The role is to hold the complete inventory of all assets for two branches of Scope International pvt, Ltd, Chennai which includes Desktops, Laptops, Servers, Printers, Scanners and etc, and also handling the Procurement, Hardware issues and basic network issues in the Organization.
• In Central Asset Management, the role is to manage the Hardware and Software Assets across Two Branches of Standard chartered Scope International. Also Handling Request Management System to implement the request of the User to close the issue. Asset in charge for the De-bonded Desktops and Servers.
