3. Supervise the hiring process for qualified job candidates, particularly for managerial, specialized, and expert positions.
4. Hiring Responsibilities for Band 4 employees & criticality-based roles.
5. Championing the onboarding process by ensuring that it is high-quality and current.
6. Establish and implement orientation and training programs to help with recruitment efforts and to get employees equipped for their duties!
7. Work with division managers to determine the qualifications and abilities needed for open positions.

1. Payroll, Statutory Benefits, development of the organization’s personnel (employee orientation, development, and training). Employee welfare, safety.
