  • Building civil maintenance, including drain cleaning, tank cleaning, terrace cleaning, kerb marking, manhole marking, road marking, terminal (outside and inside) painting, etc., is taken care of within the scheduled time limit.
  • Execute work on-site (Terminal and Airside) carried out according to specifications and drawings. Preparation of work planning schedule, material requisition, cost control, and documentation. Being part of Airside runway inspections and maintenance during NOTAM time.
  • Knowledge on Airside operations with coordination with Apron control for maintenance and Knowledge on Safety Annex 19 managements and execution on site accordingly.
    Civil maintenance work locations, including the terminal inside area, terminal premises (including the security boundary wall), high-security technical block, high-security airside area, exit gate CISF area, administrative block, canteen block, powerhouse area, pump house station area, and AC plant chiller unit area, are taken care of with maintenance works done in a stipulated timeframe.
    • Supports Periodic Maintenance Co-ordinator in preparation of annual
    maintenance schedule. Prepare schematic diagrams on underground pipelines, drains, ducts, etc. whenever required. Executing periodic maintenance as per the required schedule. Conduct inspections and check the on-site work. Billing with measurement checking, as per the given drawings.
