• Conducting cost benefit analysis of the projects including feasibility studies and assessment of project requirements.
• Building Structural Glazing and Intricate Architectural finishes like Wall Cladding, False Ceiling, Flooring, False Flooring, etc.
• Monitoring project status & reviewing the same during periodic project review meetings.
• Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for construction activities. Interfacing with the purchase team for cost effective purchase of raw material, cement etc & timely delivery so as to minimize project cost.
• Conducting quality surveys to ensuring adherence to quality norms.
• Ensure smooth interface with various internal departments such as quality, purchase & R&D departments thereby ensuring optimum utilization of resources & information.
• Interfacing with the labour, contractors & clients for timely execution of the project.
• Preparing project feasibility report basis economic evaluation and interaction with financial experts; appraising the financial institutions for funding the project; interacting with lenders and achieving timely financial closure for project.
• Developing contract strategy; controlling tendering process and participation in key negotiations and award of contracts; performing technical & commercial evaluation of bid proposals & issuing technical clarifications to bidders; monitoring contractors work for compliance with schedule, budget, quality, safety & contract documents.
• Relationship management with statutory authorities for availing mandatory sanctions.
