Responsibilities:
Integration Development and Support:
Create and maintain integrations with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Fix issues related to integrations as they arise.
Set up, configure, and improve integration flows, including connections and mappings.
Customer Assistance and Issue Resolution:
Provide high-level support for troubleshooting OIC integrations and performance problems.
Assist customers and teams with identifying and solving errors.
Help set up and refine OIC environments.
Monitoring and Performance Optimization:
Keep an eye on OIC instances to ensure they run smoothly and are always available.
Check logs to spot problems early and resolve them.
Optimize the system for better integration performance.
Customization and Configuration:
Tailor OIC to fit specific business needs by configuring integrations with different systems.
Add new connectors and adapt data transformations as needed.
Help teams implement custom logic or APIs in OIC.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
Write down solutions, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.
Create articles or add to internal wikis to share knowledge within the team.
Train other teams or customers on how to use OIC effectively.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Collaborate with various teams, such as application and functional teams, to

Incident Management:
Function as the first point of contact for issues related to OIC integrations.
Pass complex problems to higher-level technical support or engineering teams.
Continuous Improvement:
Recommend enhancements to integration architecture or processes.
Stay informed about new features and tools in Oracle Integration Cloud to improve service delivery.
