Joined Seasons Hotels as Front Office Executive in a 49 keys hotel located in a Golf Home, Tarudhan Valley, Delhi NCR from Feb 2010-June 2010
• Supervised a team of 2 front desk agents in assisting guests' needs and resolving challenges
Joined Hilton Chennai as Front Desk Agent, a 204 keys with 6 F&B Point of sales and banquet space of approx 12000 Sq Ft.
• Worked as Pre Opening Team Member and assisted the team in setting up Front office
• Trainings to fellow associates through several PPT property designs and exit plans made by me
• Assisted EHK in preparing Fire Exit Plan, during a pre opening visit from the Corporate office, to be fixed on the back of the room doors
