At Intuit's Platform Connected Identity Org, I have decomposed the very high throughput Oauth service from Monolith to Microservice. I have played a major role in designing the Microservices and Database selection also redesigned the existing api's, which led to save millions of dollars annually and improved performance. Also got the chance to handle number of customer impacting incidents for which I have done the RCA.

Connected with customer to understand their pain points and did the changes in service accordingly.

Led the design and implementation of a highly scalable, distributed report generation service, capable of handling high-throughput data processing and concurrent workloads. Architected the system using microservices principles, leveraging asynchronous processing, event-driven pipelines, and optimized data aggregation strategies to ensure low-latency report delivery. Introduced horizontal scalability through containerization and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), and improved system resilience with fault-tolerant design patterns, caching layers, and queue-based load leveling (e.g., Kafka/RabbitMQ). Collaborated cross-functionally to define data contracts, enforce observability (metrics, logging, tracing), and ensure production-grade reliability, performance, and maintainability. Also Mentored team of 3 engineers.

Improved Flight Search services to enable real-time data synchronization and consistency across systems, improving post-sale operational efficiency by 20 percent. Architected and developed an automated Online Date Change Engine to accurately compute ticket modification fees, driving a 15 percent increase in revenue. Refactored and streamlined Amadeus ticket processing workflows by implementing the Chain of Responsibility design pattern, significantly enhancing code maintainability, extensibility, and execution flow.

Optimized socket adapter performance within a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) ecosystem, increasing throughput by 25 percent through efficient connection handling and resource utilization tuning. Designed and developed an Adapter Statistics platform to provide real-time telemetry, monitoring adapter health, performance metrics, and system diagnostics for proactive issue resolution. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to streamline development workflows, improve integration pipelines, and align system design with business objectives. Authored comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture guides and integration playbooks, to support onboarding, user training, and seamless system integration.
