Role & Responsibility

A: Recruitment & Selection.

  • Design and develop various recruitment programs.
  • Maintain contact network for qualified candidate recognition and sourcing
  • Tracking candidates for relevant job positions.
  • Create and disseminate job advertising to various social media.
  • Conducted applicant pre-screening and interviews.
  • Researched applicants in communications with Internet sites, colleges, and community service organizations.

B: Time Office& Payroll

  • Time Office Management:
  • Prepare monthly attendance as per timeline given by Staff, worker, and contractor.
  • To Controlling unauthorized absenteeism report & send to all HOD, alteration in attendance recording
  • To maintain Employee leave records
  • Implementing biometric attendance system Staff Worker & Contractor.
  • To obtain all data regarding time office keeping.
  • Payroll & Compensations Management (Onroll & Contractual Staff)
  • Designing and continuously updating compensation structure as per the changing need of business.
  • Ensure timely and accurate input for payroll.
  • Ensure timely salary release to all the employees.
  • Update & implement minimum wages on time to time.
  • Ensure various statutory payment are done as per statutory date declared (PF, PT, ESIC, MLWF)

C: Employee Database Management/HRMS:

  • Ensure employee personal information is captured from various forms and document provided in MS Excel and provide to HRMS (Human Resource Management & Payroll System) updating in records.
  • Employee Records & Life Cycle Management
  • Ensure employee’s personal file updation on promotion/increment/transfer/disciplinary action.
  • Ensuring issuance of ID card , offer & appointment letter across locations prepare basic information of new joining, Generate of Employee code & Master, responsible for controlling personal files of employees, Sending Introduction mail to all employees & Induction of new joiners, including all formalities for new joining.

D: Training & Development, Employee Engagement Activity

  • Identify Training need, Preparation of training calendar (Yearly & Monthly)
  • Coordinate Training For the (Training attendance register, Training feedback form, Training Evaluation & Assessment of the training on level performance of employee)
  • To provide necessary training to all employee & maintain their skill matrix
  • As per need, to maintain yearly calendar plan of training. (Off Job & On job Training)
  • As per Calendar & Conduct to employee engagement activity program like Team building, spot event, award recognition, special day celebrations.

E: Employee Relations & Exit Interview: (Full & final Settlement)

  • Handling grievances, solving issues and queries
  • Exit Interview and Formality handling.
  • Managing exit process and capturing feedback, analyzing the resignation & providing feedback to HOD’s
  • F: Statutory Compliances
  • Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly, Yearly Return: Factories Act 1948, PF, ESIC, MPCB, Employment Exchange, Labour Welfare Fund, Bonus, Labour Contract, POSH Committee, Maternity Benefit, Govt Apprentice (ITI & BOAT)
  • Other Legal Compliance- Related MIDC & other Govt. offices & getting all relevant online records/data inspected through various concerned authorities i.e. Statutory Compliances and other functions

G: IR

  • Look various disciplinary action towards absenteeism, late attendance, other labour misconducts and successfully reduced the same
  • Legal: Coordinating with advocates for labour cases as well as civil suits.

H: MIS

  • Maintaining database for the employees, Maintaining Legal MIS
  • Maintaining MIS of Joinees, Resignees & Offer, Salary Input MIS, Attrition, keeping track of offers etc
  • Preparing Monthly MIS on Head Count and Manpower cost.

I: Admin

  • Security Management, Travel & Ticketing, Transport (Staff Bus / Pool Car)
  • Fire Control Equipment: - To ensure timely refilling & service ability of Fire Extinguishers.
  • Stationary: To ensure timely procurement as per user’s requirement.
  • Coordinate: Meetings/Visits/ AMCs (New/Renewal).
  • Housekeeping/Horticulture/Pest Control and minor repairs
  • Canteen administration. (Canteen Committee Grievance)
