• Performing primary and secondary research using different tools
• Conducting telephonic (CATI) and web based (CAWI) interviews with CXO’s, Senior and Middle Level executives across different geographies
• Performing Market Research for different clients in varied verticals such as Information Technology, Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Telecommunication, Health-care, Energy and Utilities, Pharmacy, Automobiles etc.
• Company Profiling: Researching the procured data to obtain contact details such as Designations, Multiple Contact names, Emails, Phone numbers, Industry sector, Employee size, Revenue etc.
• Building Database through various search engines like Zoom info, LinkedIn, One Source, Google, inside view, Bloomberg, Hoovers etc.
• Managing quota and logic checks including Vertical checks, Duplicate Check on the final data extract as per the client’s requirement
• Making transcripts of the projects
• Along with CATI and CAWI interviews, also do recruitment for certain projects and clients
• Responsible for Project Training.
• Preparing project related documents (MOM, Project Plan, Status Update,etc)
• Helping the project manager with staffing of analyst on the projects
• Planning and coordinating the field work, allocation of resources and team setup
• Coordination with all functional departments.
• Doing the QC (Quality Checks) of the data
• Training on CATI AND CAWI Projects
- Handling the recruitment activities, short listing of candidates according to the parameters set by company.
- Taking telephonic interview of the candidates to assess their abilities, Communication skills
- Arranging final interviews of the short listed candidates with manager.
- Maintaining various reports like interview status, joining details etc.
- Download all CVs regarding position wise
- Taking a brief HR round before the candidate is placed before the interview panel and taking details like personal details, reason to leave the current job, expectation from the new job, salary expectations, time required to join, education background etc.
- Coordinating for the interviews and follow ups.
Sourcing candidates through various modes of Recruitment (Job Posting, Reference Pulling etc.)
- Maintain the call sheet, candidate sheet, resume database (hard copies / Soft copies). Posting the requirements on job portal
- Scheduling of Interviews and being part of the interviews
- Sourcing Candidates using major Job Portals, Employee referrals & Walk-ins
- Coordinating with candidates regarding their joining formalities.
