2.Responsible for entire management of Concrete production from Batching plant to entire project designated area.

3.Performing trial mix at Quality laboratory for various concrete grades according to the design mix Reports recieved from Renowned institutes for various Cement,Aggregates,Admixtures grades and approved source.

4.Submission of desired Quality documents required and testing reports to Client for particular completion of work as per approved FQP.

5.Performing various tests on Cement like Consistency,Initial and Final setting time of cement,Fineness of Cement,Compressive strength of Cement.

6.Performing various tests on Coarse and Fine Aggregate like Sieve analysis,Flakiness and Elongation Index,Moisture content,Water absorption,Aggregate Crushing value,Aggregate Impact value,Silt content.

7.Performing tests like Slump test for better workability,Checking of Concrete temperature,Concrete pouring with the Retention time are the basic points which are checked on arrival of concrete vehicle.

8.Performing various tests on Bricks like Dimension test,Compressive strength,Water absorption test,Efflorescence test.

9.Performing Compaction test of Soil as well as Modified PROCTOR Test for determing Maximun dry density of soil and Optimum Moisture Content of soil.

10.Testing of Concrete cubes,Mortar cubes,Cement cubes,Grouting cubes for determing the desired strength achieved as per IS code and Manufacturer Technical Data Sheet.

11.Inspection of Construction material recieved at Site.

12.Reviewing of Material Test Certificates of Various Construction material in use.

13.Preparation of Method statement for each and every particular type of work before its commencement according to Technical Specification,IS Code and Manufacturer Technical Data Sheet.

14.Performing Calibration of Batching plant as well QC Laboratory equipments as per IS Code.

15.RMC Contractor Billing.

Performing All Quality Related testings at Laboratory.

Carried out preparation of BBS.

Analyzing technical drawing and implementing them in different manner and at different stages of work.
