Achievements:

• Led a team of seven in 2023 to stabilize 12 critical automations for a leading U.S. based clinical research firm. These automations, originally developed by another vendor, were failing in production. Our successful recovery efforts impressed the client, leading to an extension of our contract through the end of 2024.
• Led a two-member team in 2019 for a three-month pilot engagement with a leading U.S. based healthcare firm. We stabilized a failing automation in production and completed two additional automations left unfinished by a previous vendor. The successful delivery impressed the client, resulting in a contract extension for the entire year. Throughout the engagement, I provided consulting on RPA best practices, including required documentation, solution design and code reviews, automation test and deployment strategies, and the optimal usage of VDIs and Blue Prism licenses.

Before joining UST and ISG, I worked at IBM and Genpact, gaining extensive experience across automation and analytics:

• IBM: Worked as a Senior Blue Prism Developer, responsible for documentation, design and development of automation solutions.
• Genpact: Specialized in automation within the Analytics team, collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement Lean-driven automation solutions. Also served as a trainer for VBA and SQL.
