As Project manager for OEMs (Maruti Suzuki India & Suzuki Motor Corporation), responsible to plan & execute the project from proto development till SOP

• Handling CFT team of 10-12 members
• Set-up of Project-Charter, project kick off, detailed Project management plan, conducting quality gates and top-level project schedule
• Estimate and track project costs and control of project profit
• Closely work with TPM on technical topic with customer
• Closely work with SW team on the SW topics with customer and having knowledge on SDLC process
• Perform risk assessment & implement mitigation plans.

• As Project leader for OEMs (General Motors, Daimler India Commercial, Ducati Motors, and Harley Davidson Motorcycle), I am responsible to plan & execute the project as per APQP process from development till SOP
• Single point of contact between customer and internal team
• Handling CFT of 6-8 members
• Responsible for feasibility check to finalize the design and drawing with Engineering team
• Set-up of project kick off, detailed Project management plan with WBS package
• Responsible for finalizing the process and fixture concept with CFT
• Estimate and track project costs and control of project profit
• Resolving customer complaints, Escalation, and conducting root cause analysis with CFT
• Responsible for Engineering change request
• Handover of project to Plant with PPAP and handover checklist closer.
