• Cambridge involves more than 16 web-based applications such as DFD-CIE, DFD-OCR, TESTMAKER, GTS, CAMBRIDGE ENGLISH, etc..
• All the applications were brought to new modern frameworks(in terms of look and feel , in terms of cloud usage ) from legacy based frameworks with many features that help thousands of students for enrolling in colleges, sending their mark-sheets, sending exam-papers to centres and many more to count.
• Engaging with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and prioritize feature development.
• Developed user stories and specifications that accurately captured user needs, resulting in a product that met and exceeded user expectations.
• Worked as product Owner in one of applications like GTS(GRADE TRANSCRIPT SERVICE) , where students can send their grade/mark-sheets across globe to any of university which is affiliated by Cambridge.
• Taking scrum calls like javelin scrum call,Product Backlog and Product Refinement for daily updates and to remove any blockers if any team or team members is facing.

• Worked pro-actively in helping Barclays to develop epdq Configuration system( payment platform system that allows all domestic , international payments with variety of features )
• Pro-actively participated in team meetings with managers and executives and performed other duties as assigned.
• Creation of product road-map into a product. backlog (epics, stories,spikes,tasks,bugs) in jira of well-defined features with the appropriate acceptance criteria.
• Stories Walk-through and grooming session with o ver 4+ technical teams.
• Weekly interaction with Senior Product Managers and Delivery Managers to streamline the features and time-bound release of those features.
• Help unblock issues and manage risks that are escalated by the teams.
