• Team Management, Training, and Guidance:Lead and mentor teams to excel in handling customer complaints, market issues, and root cause analysis (RCA). Implement robust countermeasures to address root causes effectively.
• Supplier Management:Conduct supplier audits to minimize defects, both internally and per customer requirements. Implement corrective measures to enhance supplier performance.
• PPAP Management:Ensure timely PPAP submissions to customers, including CSR requirements. Review suppliers' PPAPs and finalize incoming inspection standards.
• Leadership and Meetings:Lead meetings with global teams, senior management, and cross-functional teams (DWM).
• Customer Portal Management:Manage customer portals for timely submission of reports related to regular and developmental activities.
• Quality Management Initiatives:Implement SMIR, re-validation, and 4M changes. Utilize SPC and Q1 scoring for data submission and analysis.
• Poka-Yoke and Kaizen:Drive Poka-Yoke implementation through cross-functional teams (CFT) and verify effectiveness. Lead Kaizen initiatives for continuous quality and productivity improvements.
• 4M Control and Quality Issue Resolution:Responsible for online 4M control. Raise Quality Problem Reports (QPR) against supplier issues and ensure timely resolution.

• Achieved Zero Rejection PPM for HMSI-3F, SMIPL, and MSIL customers.
• Attained Suzuki Annual Audit Green Rating (VSA).
• Successfully implemented long-pending market claim countermeasures for MSIL.
• Implemented over 43 Poka-Yoke solutions internally and with suppliers for quality enhancements

• Achieved Zero Internal & Customer rejection in Set Start Mag, Power Relay & Cap Noise Suppressor Switch for HONDA & HERO.
