Projects

Inventory and catalogue setup using Magento (Ubuy)- Created the backend and frontend setup for the Inventory and catalogue management for the e-commerce site using open source CRM - Magento


Design and setup of the ecommerce site (Ubuy) -  Re-engineered the entire design and setup of the ecommerce site to increase user engagement and to enhance user experience during their entire journey.


Handling UGC based SaaS Products (Widget, Display And Taggshop) - Handled 3 products which provides same service based on different use cases. Feature enhancement and Addons to scale these products and to get better user engagement and in turn increased ROI.( Small projects - Rights management, Plan addons, AI driven and manual tag management, ROI driven analytics, etc...)


UGC Suite  (Asset management tool) - Created the entire product from scratch following the entire SDLC - (Market research, Competitor analysis, User stories, Requirement gathering, PRD, Wireframe creation, Design, Prototype,Development, MVP).  The objective is to give users an option to Store, mange and publish their UGC assets based on the specific use cases.

Developed a new SaaS based product UGC Suite from scratch while Following the entire SDLC using Agile methodologies.

Managed a team of 30 team members while fulfilling the below mentioned KRAs.

Product Roadmap:

  • Building product strategy and roadmap in line with customers' problems and company's vision
