Project Ocean: Kit-Kat line, Nestle Sanand(Green field project)- Ongoing

• Attending the FAT and approving the line for installation in Germany.
• Installation and commissioning of two Kit-Kat lines side by side.
• Installation and Commissioning of Wafer spreading machine, Maturation tunnel, Chiller system, and Spiral cooler machine.
• Piping between chiller and spiral cooler.
• Providing all the utilities to machines - Compressed air, gas, chilled water, process water.

Wafer Biscuit line - Balaji Wafers' Rajkot

• Initial discussions with the customer regarding the line specifications and URS preparation.
• Attending the FAT and approving the line for installation.
• Installation and commissioning of the Hebenstreit Oven.
• Installation and Commissioning of Wafer spreading machine, tower cooler, and Book cutter.
• Installation of batter mixer plant and cream mixing plant.
• I helped the customer in recipe development of cream.
• Helped customer in recipe development of batter.

Max Project: Kit-Kat line, Nestle Ponda.

• Installation and Commissioning of Hebenstreit BACB 130 plate Oven and downstream machines.
• Providing all the utilities piping and connection for smooth commissioning.
• Setting up the machine as per the recipe.

Overhaul of Jumbo oven - Nestle Tahliwal

• The dismantling of baking plates from the oven.
• Replacing the main shaft and main drive of the oven.
• Changing all the critical and important parts like bearings, pressure rollers, safety relays, etc.
• Change all burners and replace the pilot burners.
• Installing back the baking plates and taking trials.

Project Mercury: Munch line, Nestle Ponda.

• Installation and Commissioning of Hebenstreit BACB 60 plate jumbo Oven and downstream machines.
• Setting up the machine parameters for munch 3-layer, 4-layer, and maha munch as per the recipe.

Project Pluto - Chotu Munch, Nestle Tahliwal.

• The dismantling of the Munch line from Nestle Ponda, Goa and taking the entire line to Nestle Tahliwal, Himachal Pradesh and successfully completing installation and commissioning.

• Briefing staff for autonomous maintenance.
• Identifying scope for planning and bringing technological changes to enhance productivity.
• Playing a major role in emergency preparedness.
• Maintaining the inventory for any emergency.
• Manpower management.
• 5S
• Coordinated with HR and contractor to ensure manpower availability year-round.
• Responsible for report preparation on a daily and shift basis.
• Maintained logbooks and all essential documents.
