SUSHANT KELSHIKAR

· Managing Service Business working with Manager-Operations, Manager-Service Sales, Regional Leaders, Third Parties and other departments to achieve the service KPIs

· Responsible for achieving financial target through promotion of CAMC & AMC and other Value Added Services

· Responsible for account receivable

· Monitoring Contract and Warranty renewal

· Ensuring Contract Renewal & Warranty Expiry Quotes are send to Customers 45 days prior of expiry

· Following-up with Customers for finalizing & receiving Contract orders

· Visiting Customers for negotiating & finalizing the Contract orders

· Finalizing Contract orders centrally for few Key Customers for pan India

· Handling few Key Customers as 'Key Account Manager'

· Following-up with Customers for account receivables overdue for > 60 days

· Reviewing with team of Engineers for pending orders & accounts receivables

· Ensuring the processing of received orders for billing

· Reviewing with Sales Admin team for billing the forwarded orders

· Execute SAP trainings plan for field teams

· Handling the team of 6 engineers

· Assigning and scheduling service calls for engineers

Handle customer escalations and initiate corrective and preventive actions
