Dr. Rahul Kulkarni is a versatile ENT surgeon with more than 20 years of experience in the field of Otolaryngology. He is the Organizing Chairperson at Indian Medical Association Conferences (IMACON-23), Thane, the largest NGO in the world. A social entrepreneur who believes that allocating health care resources to the marginalized sections of society will go a long way in improving their standard of living and life expectancy.
