• Maintaining the Quality standards as per ISO/IATF and as per customer’s

requirements.

• Manpower handling & Line Balancing.

• Ability to manage high standard of 6S on shop floor.

• Manpower Planning & Deployment as per skill Matrix Chart and improve the skill of Associate.

• Preparing production schedule & maintaining daily production report.

• Good Knowledge of Material flow with Kanban in shop floor.

• Monitoring OEE, UPH, UPPH in daily basic.

• Responsible for achieving Assembly targets as per plan of daily production.

• Providing Training For New Manpower About 6S, KAIZEN, PPM, Skill

Matrix , Cycle Time, Takt Time, Lead Time, poka-yoke, scarp cost,

consumable items, Check sheet, DRS, saftey on various process etc.

• Daily Communicate with Manpower About Previous Shift Production

related as like Rejection, PDI defect, any change point 5M, audits and

visit.

• To Detect Bottle Neck Process and Analysis to Reduce the Cycle Time.

• To Control abnormal condition Analysis to find out the root causes.

• Defect analysis & Rejection control with quality team and Red bin activity.

• Daily update line rejection report.

• To conduct T.L Round Activity (LL Patrolling, Iziwaru Test, Yellow card,

Yarikiri activity).

• 5M change follow up and documentation to run Assembly Line

Systematic.

• Assembly Line loss monitoring analysis and approach for loss reduction.

• Co-ordinate the Production Team for its better improvement.
