Project Description:

• Collections: The IC6 application is used for the collection and recovery of various portfolios, such as : - Personal loans (including consumer durables, personal loans, business loans, housing finance, rural housing loans, real estate loans)
• Lien Management: This system is used to manage liens on delinquent customers' accounts and includes the following modules:
  Lien Marking,
  Lien modification,
  Lien debiting,
  Lien removal.
• Allocation System: This system is used to assign delinquent cases to agencies for collection according to the business rule.
• Digital Collections: This system is used by intimate delinquent customers for payment recovery through various modes like SMS, Mail, Whatsapp and IVR.
• Payout System: It is a multi-product payout application used to calculate the payout of Channel Partners, DST, vendors according to the business they provide.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Collaborated closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and drive continuous innovation in the organization.
• Collaborated with stakeholders to identify business needs and data sources.
• Requirement gathering for multiple Products/Applications
• BRD preparation and closure
• Providing resolutions on ongoing business problems
• Creating Project Plan/UAT Plan, Scenarios
• Actively participated in team meetings to share knowledge, exchange ideas, address challenges, and collaborate on potential solutions.
