  • Training Demand Planning & Stakeholder Engagement:
    Drive the annual training demand planning process in collaboration with S&OL Terminals, Pipelines, and Refining business partners. Translate functional and compliance needs into actionable learning strategies and training calendars.

  • FORM & FOR Compliance Training Rollout – Coordinated FORM & FOR session planning and execution for S&OL| Refining Cherry Point site, aligning all activities with business-critical deadlines.

  • Based on this evaluation we created Customized LMS on .Net Platform for Both APeL & Afcons Academy.
