I graduated as a civil engineer. Then I was fighting for one of the toughest exams, the IAS for a period of two years. over the course of time preparing for the IAS, I learnt a few important skills to be a high-performance professional. Among them, these eight important skills that I learnt are discipline, curiosity, patience, analytical ability, time management, communication skills, decision making and thick out of the box.

Then I started my career as a BIM associate in one of the Structural steel detailing and design companies. There I had a good opportunity to explore the Indian and USA markets for structural steel detailing services. Then out of blue, I realized that I have got good business analytical, business development and sales and marketing skills.

Now I’m looking forward to the management and consulting role, for better improving my skills and achieving my future goals.

Volunteer at, Parahitam foundation.

Parahitam Foundation is a voluntary organization, a registered NGO. It is a group of like-minded people coming together to volunteer for a good cause in the society!

• We say No to Plastic.

Our small effort to avoid plastic was in making paper bags. Paper bags are highly bio-degradable and recyclable, and hence do not pose the same environmental footprint as plastic bags do. Compared to plastic bags, paper bags present less suffocation risk to young children and animals

• Time Spent Amongst Trees Is Never Time Wasted ( Nail -free tree).

Tree’s bark is designed to protect the inner rings of tree from damage. When a nail/screw/staple is inserted, it damages the bark and punctures the inside of the tree. This can cause stress that inhibits growth and increases the tree’s vulnerability to disease.

• Playway learning.

Children innately are attracted to creative expressions and activities. Enabling them to paint and draw instill them the willingness to learn independently and explore their love of color. It also creates a memorable experience that keeps children more proactive. A playful environment lets children be imaginative and perspective.
