Achievements:

• Developed the recommendation calculator, which enabled error-free allocation, along with 3 FT savings for the organization.

• Developed and implemented the validations for portfolio updates, which reduced the errors for uploads to near-zero levels, resulting in a reduction of 2 FTs.

• To manage whole IA operations, which include.

• To oversee the renewal process for all clients
• To onboard the client with all KYC checks.
• To send the monthly SIP to over 1,800 clients.
• To manage the service desk.
• To prepare reports as per requirements on a regular basis.
• To make a presentation to management regarding important statistical facts, process improvements, analysis of the entire workflow, FT requirements, and any other matters as requested.
• To support PMS operations, which include:
• Reconciliation of logical statements and FA holdings.
• Preparing the allocation file for the deployment of PMS funds as per research guidelines.
• Check and approve onboarding forms before activation.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for finalizing the books of accounts for 'Nyota Tanzania Limited,' wherein we need to perform period-end tasks, along with other task executions needed for the finalization and closure of the books of accounts.

Key Achievements:

• Reduced the balance sheet open line items from 1.6 million to 200K USD by conducting a thorough investigation and consistent follow-up with all stakeholders.
• Reduced the aging bank open items from $700,000 to $200,000, saturated in the blackout period, by conducting a thorough investigation and consistent follow-up with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• As an inventory specialist, I will update the MAP adjustment of stock prices and ensure Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
