Project - WOW Journey

• Project is about allowing retail banking staff to aid customers with linking their PAN numbers with a saving account, RE-KYC, stop payments of cheques, address change, Form 15G/15H updation, and chequebook requests through the CRM application.

Project - Netbanking Journey of Insurance

• Creating a seamless and efficient Netbanking journey for insurance services, improving customer satisfaction and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Involved in overall activities relating to Business Strategic Planning and IT-automation for the bank's cross-sell and liability channel.
• Designing and implementing numerous process and system enhancement concepts for internet banking and product improvement
• Engagement with key stakeholders and company owners to prioritize business concerns and possibilities for additional technology enhancements for internal and external cross-sell channels
• Organizing and leading meetings for requirement gathering (elicitation) utilizing approaches such as interviews, questionnaires, interface analysis, document analysis, brainstorming sessions, and focus group discussions.
• Performing gap analysis, scope analysis, and impact analysis on business processes using techniques such as use case diagrams (UML), context diagrams, BPMN, flow charts, and requirement analysis and design definition (RADD).
• Conducting "AS-IS" and "TO-BE" analysis and recommending fit for Business Solutions through the development of a Change Strategy
• Prioritization of needs using MOSCOW and Business Value techniques, then documentation as BRD, FRD, and Change Request
• Performed quality assurance (functional testing) and user acceptability testing (UAT), resulting in an on-time and well-received "go-live" of the application.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project activities, coordinating with delivery managers.
• company review meetings with company stakeholders to share ideas on effective business changes brought about by technological advancements by presenting project insights in Business Review Meetings on a regular basis

Market Research and competitive analysis:

Conduct market research on a specific industry or product segment. Analyze competitors’ offerings, market trends, and customer preferences. Provide insights and recommendations for the company’s positioning and strategy.
