• Responsible for presenting NPD progress to customers.
• Responsible for reducing the lead time of the NPD process.
• Design and modeling of components using AutoCAD.
• Design Jigs and Fixtures with POKA-YOKA.
• Solve the production problem related to design by modifying the fixture or jigs.
• Participate in the meeting to reduce the company's PPM.
• Participate in the meeting to solve the customer complaint.
• Participate in the CAPA meeting from an engineering point of view.

• Provide good service to customers.
• Troubleshooting to achieve regard for parameters to repair quality norms.

• Improving repair skills, reducing load at times.
