I am fortunate to work in a field where curiosity meets compassion, and where every surgery, every lecture, and every study can change lives.

Excited to continue pushing boundaries, asking new questions, and giving my best to patients, students, and the scientific community.

• Manage orthopedics department as consultant, overseeing patient admissions and surgical procedures.
• Execute arthroplasty for knee and hip joints with precision and care.
• Conduct arthroscopic surgeries on knee, shoulder, and hip to address injuries.

• .I worked as a Clinical Fellow under Dr. Soshi Uchida in Fukuoka, Japan, where I received comprehensive training in hip arthroscopy. This experience encompassed the entire spectrum of patient care—from basic clinical examination and imaging interpretation to preoperative preparation, intraoperative positioning, and surgical procedures. Under Professor Uchida’s guidance, I was actively involved in diagnosing clinical cases and refining my surgical skills. As hip arthroscopy is still rarely performed in many parts of India, I consider it a privilege and a unique opportunity to have gained hands-on experience in this specialized procedure.

• After joining as an Assistant Professor, I embraced new responsibilities that enhanced both my academic and clinical skills. My practice in sports injury cases significantly improved my diagnostic accuracy and surgical decision-making, ultimately benefiting patient outcomes. In addition, I engaged in collaborative research with students, leading to several publications. Over time, these experiences broadened my professional vision, particularly in identifying and understanding complex pathologies. This combined growth in clinical, academic, and research domains steadily paved the way toward my promotion to Associate Professor.

• Life-Changing Clinical Exposure
  Gained comprehensive experience in hip and knee arthroplasty, including robotic knee replacement surgeries. Worked alongside dedicated surgeons specializing in hip, knee, and foot & ankle procedures. Acquired advanced knowledge of innovative surgical techniques, contemporary approaches, and optimized protocols in both sports injury management and arthroplasty, with a strong emphasis on organizational efficiency and patient care.

• Worked under the mentorship of Dr. Prithmesh Jain, a highly skilled and versatile surgeon specializing in knee and shoulder arthroscopy. Gained extensive exposure to diverse surgical procedures for knee and shoulder sports injuries, significantly enhancing my surgical insight, technical proficiency, and clinical acumen.

• Company Overview: This medical college is famous with frequent and monthly camps in rural areas following which perform bulk of surgeries all day.
• Worked here as Assistant Professor, and was sound here with academics and surgeries.
• Provided instruction and guidance to undergraduate and graduate students in the classroom setting.
• Developed and implemented innovative teaching methods that enhanced student engagement and learning outcomes.
• Assisted in developing departmental policies, procedures, and activities related to educational programs.
