• Researching and evaluating potential vendors Finding, evaluating, and selecting the best suppliers for manufacturing with careful planning and execution based on specific needs, such as price point, quality expectations, reliability, customer service, and delivery schedule.
• Negotiating terms and pricing with vendors
• Closing cost with suitable vendors based on parameters provided in 1st point.

• Monitoring performance and delivery of goods , by maintaining proper TNA from sampling till goods reach to warehouse.

Key responsibilities :

• Costing of garments & negotiation with vendors.
• Advising TNA & Line plan for production styles & sample developments.
• Ensuring smooth co-ordination between sampling,sourcing, and Production operations.
• Ordering Fabric, Trims for sampling, production styles & closely follow up
• Coordinate with Buyer & vendor on Daily Basis.
• Providing and follow up all testing parameter according to the buyer standards.
• Getting approvals for Shade bands, Thread runs, Strike offs, GPT reports, Wash, TOP Samples, etc. from buying office.
• Production follow-up.
• Meeting new suppliers for product analysis,sourcing new suppliers for future procurements

Brands handling: Kohl’s, VF, Kontoor, Dickies, Chaps, Terranova, H&M, Haddad etc.

Products Handling: Woven/ Kinits – Bottoms, shirts T- shirts

Key Responsibilities:

• Primarily handling Men's, women's, Boys & girls' Bottoms and shirts for the above mentioned brands, costing of garments & negotiation with vendors, advising TNA & Line plan for production styles & sample developments.
• Ensuring smooth coordination between sampling, sourcing, and Production operations, ordering Fabric, Trims for sampling, production styles & closely follow up.
• Preparing Bill of material & follow up, developing new samples & follow up on regular basis.
• Coordinate with Buyer & vendor on Daily Basis, providing and follow up all testing parameter according to the buyer standards, maintaining the production File & QC files promptly for all the production orders, coordinating with QC for required quality and participate in every initial & final inspection.
• Source new fabric and trims as per forecast and send inspiration samples to buyer in season wise.
• Follow-up of payments with account department, follow-up with factory for production and planning, getting approvals for Shade bands, Thread runs, Strike offs, GPT reports, Wash, TOP Samples, etc
• Production follow-up with factories with the help of production team and updating the status of the order in detail with buying office on day-to-day/ weekly basis.
• Working with forwards & shipping line to book the LCL/ FCL containers and shipping the goods on time.
• Arranging original docs from suppliers to clear the shipment on time, working with Banks & suppliers for TT, DA, DP & LC at sights payments terms to clear the shipments.
• Understand supplier capability in terms of price, quality, capacity and lead time, managing the account with suppliers from various locations like China, India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Jordan, Kenya, Turkey, Vietnam, HK etc.
• Meeting new suppliers for product analysis, sourcing new suppliers for future procurements.

Brands: H&M ( Men's, Women's & Kids )

Responsibilities:

• Sampling and Development.
• Taking approval of samples and developments.
• Following up on Time and Action (T&A) calendar.
• Internal & external communication.
• Preparing and confirmation of order sheets.
• On time fabric & trims in-housing follow up.
• Arranging test reports , final sealed samples.
• Arrange final inspections and invite buyer QC.
