Working as an SAP and OMP Consultant for Johnson and Johnson as client.
We are responsible for the implementation of updates to the OMP Production.
Keeping track of Dispatchers and connectivity with the SAP systems.
Building the OMP Systems from scratch and as per the business requirements for Projects.
Have worked on multiple implementation projects and have worked in support as well.
Monitoring and Troubleshooting the Production systems.
Keeping the system check and monitoring the jobs which are scheduled.
Connecting with multiple teams around the globe for troubleshooting and Root cause analysis.
Providing solutions to the Client or BT users.
Taking care of Tickets assigned to our team.
Documenting the system build process in form of IQOQ.
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
Build , Maintaining and implementing the upgrades and system builds based on Agile Development.
Automating day to day tasks with the help of Powershell Automation for the Team.
I have worked on multiple internal projects for J&J as well which required Powershell Automation whose ownership is with our team.
Worked on Dashboarding and Visualization projects as well for J&J management.
Migration of system from 2012 windows servers to 2016 windows servers.
Coordinating and load balancing the tasks among the other Team members and juniors.
Training and KT session to New joiners as well.
AWS Cloud Practitioner Certified and Well versed with DevOps tools and technologies as well.
Ability to handle multiple projects as well.
