Duties And Responsibilities
Ensure the regular and constant supply of DM water at 90c to the boiler., Ensure the quality of feed water (PH and conductivity)., Ensure the enough storage of DM water., Do the chemical regeneration and related processes., Periodically checks the quality and level of resins., Check all valves, pipelines, pump, vessels etc., All panel board readings are recorded in log book at one hour interval., Give blow down at regular intervals, depending on boiler water analysis., Give mobery, gauge glass drain in every shift., Ensure the gauge glasses are clean and water level switches are functioning properly., Check water cut off switch and water level alarms., Periodic lubing of feed pump, ID fan, FD fan, SA fan bearings, gearbox, conveyor rolling bearings., Check the working of safety valves., Periodic cleaning of boiler shell, smokes tubes are ensured., Yearly maintenance of boiler refractory, insulation of linings and hydraulic tests are carried out., Capacity: 6Ton, 5Ton, 3Ton, Line pressure: 10.54Kg/cm2.
