  • Extraction Tools- Build an AI data extraction tool using Python and Machine Learning. It involves the detection of the table and cells in the documents. And extracting the text inside it. It involves the concept of computer vision (Faster RCNN and clustering algorithms) and NLP(ensemble learning with different OCRS). To train the model with huge datasets, a huge synthetic dataset was created.
  • Internal KPI for Business Purpose- Created a Dash Board using Django to display different KPI parameters using Django to analyses the performance of the analysts. KPI parameters were defined on the basis of certain parameters.
  • Merging App - Instead of pair-wise comparison, implemented ML models/algorithms to determine candidate pair matching. For cases where the ML failed to match, the users are allowed to correct it. This speeds up the process of data-extraction and merging.
  • Single Account Access -Implemented the single account access in the internal tools using Django user authentication and GraphQL to provide secure identity management and to track the activities of the users. Specific roles were assigned to the user's account based on their roles.
  • Web-Tool Improvement - Minimized the number of insufficient queries. Integrated the crawling process with AWS batch job. Improving the backend process of data processing. Improved the production API using Django and Celery, and made it more user friendly.
