  • I was awarded an outstanding award for the 2023-24 year because of my dedication to reconciliation work and following up with the engineering team to resolve bugs and incidents for instant resolution. This involved working weekends and late nights, as well as sending MIS reports to the bank without any failures.
  • Shining Star Award (OND 23 & OND 24) - I was also awarded the Shining Star Award for the first time, for OND 23. This was because we closed all CUG-related work, including closing repayments, rewards, and fee-related work. Additionally, I was given the award for OND 24 for identifying and resolving over 300 records for inactive cards beyond the 37-day limit. I raised incidents and successfully closed them, as the bank was escalating the issue.
