As an Assistant Credit Manager for Unsecured Personal Loans, my primary responsibility was to oversee the loan application process, ensuring thorough evaluation and risk assessment. I worked closely with clients to understand their financial needs, providing tailored solutions while adhering to the company's credit policies.

Key duties included analyzing Credit reports, KYC verifying financial documents like Salary slip, Bank statement, SOA and assessing applicants' creditworthiness. I conducted detailed reviews of income statements, bank statements, and other relevant documents to ensure accurate and complete information. Collaborating with the sales and underwriting teams, I facilitated efficient processing of loan applications, ensuring timely approvals and disbursements.

I also played a crucial role in mitigating risks by identifying potential red flags and implementing appropriate measures. This involved staying updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions to make informed decisions. My strong analytical skills and attention to detail enabled me to maintain a high approval rate while minimizing defaults.

Additionally, I provided excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding clients through the loan process. My ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients contributed to a positive customer experience and long-term relationships.

• Analysis of Financial Statements, Bank statements and other key parameter to check the credit worthiness for Business Loan and MSME Loan, Personal Loan . Checking & appraising proposals, scrutinising documents including SOA analysis, Cibil analysis ensuring proper KYC etc. before sanctioning with proper TAT and Quality. Maintaining strict TAT for credit application analysed and UAT on new logic and dashboard.Credit approval and ensuring approval is within TAT- gather requirements, financial statements and other inputs for performing quality Credit analysis and due diligence. Hind sighting for assessment & Non Assessment model. Underwriting for Retail & MFI loans.

• · My major role was to Login the Application in Los and check the Dedupe and Generate Cibil. Initiate for Fi and Fcu. Prepare CAM and Mis. Analyzing Financials, Banking and Plotting in the system. Initiating online Verification of Docs like MCA company listing, Director check. Checking eligibility by calculating FOIR and Obligation. Follow up of CPV. Co-ordination with OPS, RCU, Sales for required function and forward the case in OPS queue in the system for disbursement.

• I have experience working with various departments in different banks and NBFCs through All Check Services. My main role was to verify KYC, banking details, ITR, Gumasta, GST certificates, and other documents needed for the loan process. I also handled additional document verification for other departments, such as RC copies for auto loans. This experience has given me a strong understanding of the loan process and the importance of accurate documentation.
