Key objectives-

· Installation and Commissioning of 36K RGB line

· Installation and Commissioning 800Kg/Hr Co2 plant

· Installation and Commissioning 12TPH Boiler

· Installation and Commissioning 1000KLD RCRO plant

· Installation and Commissioning 30M3/Hr RO plant with degas system

· Brew length enhancement from 300HL to 340HL

· Load extension from 1250KVA to 1950KVA

B. Engineering (Asset care and maintenance)-

· To Ensure Resource Planning.

· To Co-ordinate with Supply Chain Department for Availability of Materials, Spares etc. and also Co-ordinate with Shipping Department for timely dispatches.

· To prepare business plan for deployment and translate the same into productivity linked Manufacturing targets for the team.

· To consistently communicate quality standards across the team and ensure adherence by all.

· To reduce Wastages, Ensure Capacity Utilization, and Minimize Consumer Complaints and ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.

· To optimize cost per unit of product, To Develop Vendors for reducing the cost of Spares/Consumables to enhance the business profitability.

· To provide inputs to Projects for Up gradation /Capacity increase projects.

· To resolve issues related to productivity, quality, consumer concerns.

· To Ensure that Systems are in line with Compliance standards of KORE/GMP/ISO etc. and constant monitoring and Review mechanism is in place to so that internal Systems have the capabilities to detect deviations from standards and timely preventive and corrective actions are taken.

· To provide direction to Team members for achieving organization objectives.

· To set in place systems for Employee Performance Monitoring & Review, Coaching Feedback, Career Growth.

A. Production-

· Increase Glass line OEE from 49% to 62% (196 SKUs) ¢

· Efficiencies (Electricity 6.8KWH/HL.Fuel 6.4Kg/Hl, Co2 Consumption 2.3KG/HL, Water 3HL/HL) achieved.

· Reduction in Breakdown and Maintenance time from 14 % to 6%,

· Reduction in Minor stops from 24% to 15%. ¢

· Reduction in empty bottle breakage from 2.1 % to 0.8% ¢

· Handling Production in more than 100 SKUs including Heineken, Amstel, Ultra and Ultra max with almost 12 states ¢

· Reduction in line SKU changeover time from 240 mins to 110mins.

B. Maintenance and Projects(Value-200CR INR)

Role-Team Member

· Commissioning of 36000BPH beer bottle line with the output of 70% per day ¢

· Installation and commissioning of Heineken labeler and TopMatic labeler(30Servo) at Bottle line

· Commissioning of Auto PU system in 03 Pasteurizer.

· Upgrading the brew house from 250 to 350HL/Brew. ¢

· Installation and commissioning of 1000KLD RCRO plant. ¢

· Installation and commissioning of Yeast drying Plant(60KG/Hr.) ¢

· Installation and commissioning of 500 M3 ETP plant. ¢

· Installation and Commissioning of 720 m3/day RO plant with Degas system.

Role-Team Member(Project Value-30CR)

· Erection and Commissioning of 40KLPD distillation plant and Achieved Output of 40KLPD.

· Erection and Commissioning of 1650KVA transformer as well as 1.14MW exhaust turbine.

· Erection and Commissioning of 12TPH high pressure Boiler.

· Upgraded Country liquor manual line into 100BPM Automatic Line.

· Zero Downtime due to electricity failure by Synchronizing grid and DG with Turbine.

· Reduction in Downtime by Installing CMMS.

• Resolved staff member conflicts, actively listening to concerns and finding appropriate middle ground.
• Achieved departmental goals by developing and executing strategic plans and performance metrics.

· Joined as a GET and within a Span of 06 Month Promoted as a Maintenance Engineer.

· Handled 400HL brewing and 4 Packaging lines (2 RGB and 2 Can lines) As a Maintenance Engineer,

· Part of team that has done Brewing as well as Packaging Expansion.
