· To Ensure Resource Planning.
· To Co-ordinate with Supply Chain Department for Availability of Materials, Spares etc. and also Co-ordinate with Shipping Department for timely dispatches.
· To prepare business plan for deployment and translate the same into productivity linked Manufacturing targets for the team.
