• Progress tracking and reporting by preparing and maintaining WPR & Dashboard.
• Daily Progress Monitoring, Tracking & Reporting of Planned vs Actual Progress of Works carried out by keeping record of DPR.
• Responsible for preparation and maintenance of DPR, JMR, MB and Change Requests.
• MIS Reporting for Weekly Review meetings.
• Preparing and maintaining Works Schedule, Micro Schedules and Master Schedule.
• Updating and Maintaining Monthly Look Ahead Plan, updating and reporting progress tracking through WPR, Sample Tracker, Material Tracker, Drawings Schedule and Off-site activities tracker.

Quantity Surveying

• Carrying out Variation in the BOQ Quantities and Actual Quantities as per GFC Drawing for amendment in Work Order.
• Client Billing - Preparation of RA bill and reconciliation.

• Execution of work on site as per GFC drawings and supervision of work including structural works and finishing work ensuring quality and safety.
• Progress tracking & reporting by preparing and maintaining Dashboard. Responsible for reinforcement and formwork checking.
• Coordination with various external agencies like Project Management Consultant, Sub-Contractors and Vendors.
• Responsible for preparation and maintenance of DPR, Change Requests, JMR, MB.
• Management of site workforce.
• Carrying out internal and external plastering work.
• Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule.
• Calculating quantities as per items in BOQ.

Project : Embassy Splendid Tech Zone, Chennai.

• Carrying out retrofitting of columns, footings and slab for existing structure.
• Checking of reinforcement and formwork as per GFC drawings, and carrying out execution of Post-Tensioned Slab.
• Coordination with various external agencies like Project Management Consultant, Sub-Contractors and Structural Consultants.
• Responsible for maintenance of DPR, JMR and MB.
• Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule.
• Calculating quantities as per items in BOQ.

Project : Wells Fargo, Embassy Tech Village, Bengaluru.

• Maintenance of daily progress reports and raising RFI.
• Execution of work on site as per GFC drawings and supervision of work including structural work and finishing work ensuring quality and safety.
• Executed construction of the complex Sewage Treatment Plant in 33 days.
• Responsible for reinforcement work and formwork checking. Coordination with various external agencies like Project Management Consultant and Sub-Contractors.
• Carrying out finishing works such as internal and external plastering work, block masonry work and Vacuum De-watered Flooring work.
