• Receipt & Physically Checking of stocks CNG Spare Parts in SAP & also looking after Receiving Documents & updating of Stock Register.
• Arranging part no. wise stock for the specified location in the Stores.
• Maintaining Store and reporting to Manager Stores.
• Responsible for making Physical report of CNG & PNG Material every Month end.
• Interacting with Project Managers and for the dispatches and getting back the rejection material.
• Checking the Invoices of Vendor's and then Process the same for releasing the payments.
• Coordinate with all contractors, City Service Station & Control Room via E-mail on Lotus Notes.
• Company is manufacturing 18 lacks kg compressed natural gas to be used in automotive sector and is also engaged in supplying piped natural gas to the residents of NCR region.

• Worked through service partners supporting store and logistics operations for Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL), a leading City Gas Distribution company engaged in supplying CNG and PNG services.

Key Responsibilities

• Verified and received CNG and PNG spare parts and materials to ensure accurate inventory management.
• Maintained accurate inventory records and stock registers to support efficient logistics operations.
• Processing material receipts and stock transactions in SAP.
• Arranging and managing stock as per designated storage locations.
• Monitoring daily store activities and reporting to the Store Manager.
• Conducting monthly physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
• Compiled daily and monthly MIS reports to provide insights on inventory status and operational efficiency.
