Point-of-Sales (POS) on SDFC  (2022 - present)    

Description: Developing a FOS-facing platform on Salesforce Cloud to conduct an end-to-end seamless digital loan journey for consumer durable financing and solar loan financing, with integration of India Stack and multiple regulatory bodies like NPCI, NSDL, UIDAI, and many account aggregators like Onemoney, Anumati, etc., and generative AI use cases catered in certain functionality 

Responsibilities: 

  • Design end-to-end digital lending solutions, model and optimize business processes, and ensure the quality and integrity of the Salesforce platform-as-a-service through testing and validation processes
  • Involved in preparing the case type backlog document for creating microjourneys, personas, interfaces, reports, work backlogs, and referring to assumptions needed to be developed on Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • worked on gathering business requirements, prioritized product feature backlog, took estimations from the development team, acted as a liaison, and provided demos to external and internal stakeholders, following Agile and Scrum.
  • Worked on Paperless Module by integrating eKYC process i.e. Bio-metric KYC, digital KYC through DigiLocker and face authentication for customer POI and POA verification.
  • Integrating UPI mandate journey for improving e-mandate penetration.
  • Created the simplest e-form for the end user to capture customer details and drive adaptation across India for rural locations

Description

 Saksham Application is used by the sales team to track daily activities, clients’  details, enter transaction details, and track service requests. They use this tool to  reconcile business and check running campaigns about various financial products &  the next best products. This project aims to upgrade the functionalities as per  requirements to achieve business.  goals.    

Responsibilities:  

  • Reviewed the existing process with the operations team and understood the impact of reporting on the processing activity.
  • Captured in the report are specific details such as fields, the process involved, etc., discussed project proposal with Product, upper-level management, back-office operations teams to brainstorm over it
  • Created JIRA user stories and product/sprint backlog in conjunction with the scrum master and dev team
  • Captured the proposed process using UML use cases and activity diagrams
  • Liaised with the dev team to discuss the technical feasibility of the reporting changes

Digital Application Development 

Description:

This project was aimed at upgrading the existing tool used to process loan files digitally to save time and for a fast process online without physical documentation, and this tool was not integrated with the other interfaces, and some functionality needs to be added to generate the structured reports for financial planning

Responsibilities:   

  • Conducted a gap analysis for the tool upgradation project
  • Reviewed the existing process with stakeholders and understood the impact of reporting on the credit processing activity
  • Created a BRD to document business requirements at a high level and functional specifications for report navigation and fields
  • Interacted with the development team in database design and table identification
  • Done functional testing of all the reports, presented the prototype model to the management team after understanding the requirements.
