Maintaining of inbound and outbound of goods in the stores departments.

Coordinate with pod team about product short, excess queries also about vehicle unloading on time to avoid vehicle late reported issues.
Coordinate with fleet team and highlight fix vehicle late reported,driver related issue etc.
Taking follow up of fix vehicles on daily basis to avoid with breach & late dispatch remark.
Checking & update all loaded vehicles into intugine portal link to truck particular vehicle will reach the pod on time & to decrease pod hold time.
Used fms portal of delivery to mark all fix reported vehicles present in portal on their respective time to avoid extra charge related issues.
Handling mail communications for Delivery of materials & queries.
Making Additional reports whenever required by manger & Outside.
